Life Needs and Empowerment Initiative is a non governmental, not for profit organization established to provide succor to indigent and vulnerable members of the society.
The organization seeks to provide relief to its target population through building their capacity to advocate for improvement in their existential conditions and through provision of services and support that mitigate their deprivations.

Flagship programmes
This project is designed to contribute to ongoing efforts to reform the prison system in the country especially as the government has announced plans to provide vocational training to the inmates.

We propose to organize training and capacity building activities for residents of informal settlements and to publish a Manual and a Booklet that will serve as resource materials for advocacy.
We also plan to provide some farming communities in informal settlements with herbicides, insecticides, fertilizer and some minor farm implements.
